Great hotel for couples looking to enjoy
We paid extra to upgrade our room and it was worth every cent. The staff were friendly and remembered us, like that bartender who treated us to drinks after my boyfriend proposed, it made the experience unforgettable.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.

The central location made exploring the city convenient, just steps away from the main square. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing a seamless check-in experience. However, the room lacked adequate storage, featuring only six hangers and no drawers. Breakfast was disappointing, with no hot options due to kitchen refurbishment, and a lack of notice about this change. Although we enjoyed the smoked salmon bagels, the overall dining experience left much to be desired.

Great spot with awesome cocktails!
The bar staff were super friendly and made killer cocktails. The atmosphere was just right for a fun evening. Also, the dining options were solid, loved the in-room breakfast vibe. The only thing was the wait for check-in was a bit annoying, but everything else was spot on.

Helpful staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests.

The spa was super relaxing and the rooftop pool offered stunning views to unwind after a long day. The only downside was a little noise from the street, but it didn't ruin the fun at all! 😊

Just a reliable pick for a weekend stopover in Galway with definitely value for money. The bartender was super friendly and even treated us to drinks when he heard about our engagement. Make sure to take advantage of the free breakfast – it was really good!

The breakfast was a delight, freshly prepared and packed with healthy options, just what you need for a day of exploring. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, nestled close to all the action in Galway. The bar offered a great vibe, perfect for winding down after a day out.
However, the room was a bit of a letdown – cramped with a view of a brick wall, and let’s not get started on the toilet paper. thin as could be! The bar staff could use a sprinkle of friendliness. it felt like a chore just to grab a drink.

The double room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice mattress. I really liked the espresso machine, which was a cool touch. The decor was pretty modern and inviting. But the bathroom had a partial-height frosted glass door, which wasn't the best for privacy. Overall, it felt like a solid stay with some room for improvement.
